Our formula for strategy is simple:

Typically we begin by taking our vision of the future of cloud computing and merging it with your vision of where your business needs to go to succeed.  That combined vision is used to create a 'strawman' for discussion.  Then through a series of stakeholder interviews, readiness assessments, and requirements gathering we create the first draft of our strategic recommendations.

This draft is then used for a further set of stakeholder interviews and creates a forcing function for making decisions and driving organizational alignment.  Throughout this final process we typically help an organization create the high level blueprints and architectures necessary for achieving their goals, be it creating new cloud products or simply trying to chart a go forward course of action for adopting cloud services and cloud computing.

Finally, we deliver the final strategy, knowing, as a combined team, that it is likely to continue to iterate as the market evolves, but giving us a clear direction to begin.

Then we move into a pure execution phase, working on building and supporting your efforts around cloud.
